Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand appointments sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Effective August 1st, 2019, we will implement the following cancellation policy.
A charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will apply to:
- No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period, but are then cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as optimizing our team member schedules.
