The New Year gives us all a chance to start fresh. It’s time to make a commitment to our skin. We all ensure our hair is styled, colored and cut, our nails are trim, buffed and polished but what have we done for our skin? Run out the door without sunscreen? Fall asleep with our makeup on or still using the same products we did when we were in our twenties? It’s time for a change.

AM Prep –apply topical protectants such as antioxidants, hydrants and sunscreen, Note vulnerable areas, our hands and décolleté, these areas need sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher!

PM Prep– wash away environmental toxins and impurities in addition to products worn throughout the day. Apply the appropriate pm products.

Must have products include growth factors, retinols, and vitamin C to boost collagen production, skin elasticity and thickness.

Remember to hydrate, get at least 8 hours a sleep per night, eat clean to avoid breakouts and decrease salt to prevent puffiness.
